What our customers say

“I have left this review for a few weeks, just to see if we are still as happy with the results of Sussex Exteriors as we were after the work was finished. I can now say that we are over the moon with how our house now looks. We have had many complementary comments about how clean, and modern the house now looks, from friends family, and neighbors. I would like to thank Jeremy, and his team, who worked so hard to achieve the resultant finish. A neighbor across the road was equally impressed on how the team would come down from the scaffolding step back, take a look, and then proceed with their work, until they got the finish just right. I was also so pleased with the colour that we have chosen, which we selected, again on advice from Jeremy to have samples, of our favorites, as the colour chart can be slightly misleading. Again thank you for the work that was done professionally, and at a price that was very competitive with other quotes that we had”

“5-Star - and more if I could. If you’re looking for a rendering/exterior specialist, my advise would be to reach out to Jeremy as soon as possible. Start to finish first class, the best choice we made. A thousand thanks to all the team. We’ve probably some more work in the future, so will be back!”

“Jeremy has a very professional team. Their attention to detail produced an outstanding finish. The new render has totally transformed the bungalow and I would highly recommend Sussex Exteriors.”

“We are very happy with Jeremy and his team. Our house has been transformed with EWI Kingspan and silicone render. The communication at all levels has been clear and any questions have been answered promptly from start to finish. The team on site were professional, efficient and hard working. There was some excellent detailing of the chimney sweep access and around existing lead work, vents and gutters. The team was friendly and polite leaving the site clean and tidy each day. Within 24hr of job completion all the rubbish had been taken away. I would highly recommend Jeremy and the team to anyone considering EWI or render work.”

“Extremely happy with the work done by Sussex Exteriors, Jeremy was very prompt in coming back with quotes and kept me well informed of when the work would begin and throughout. His team are very professional, hard working & reliable this is reflected in the quality of the work, great to see the extra care in detail covering windows, doors & the clear up. Delighted with the outcome of the house and had many compliments already. Highly recommend Sussex Exteriors. Thanks again Dave”

“They did a wonderful job on my house, couldn’t be happier with the results. Jeremy has a wonderful team working for him, they are very hardworking, professional and quick.”

“Fantastic experience with Sussex Exteriors. Communication with Jeremy was second to none. The workers, led by Matt, were polite, tidy and hard working. We are absolutely delighted with the finished work. We recommend this company.”

“Amazing job from the first 2 site visits to completion. Really appreciate it! Thank you Jeremy to you and to your guys who have done a fantastic job and were very considerate. Many thanks!”

“Sussex Exteriors have been excellent from start to finish. We have really valued their professionalism, knowledge, reliability and great communication - and of course the beautiful job they've done renderering our house! It looks so fresh and smart now. We are delighted! The rendering team were refreshingly polite, considerate and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Thank you to them and Jeremy. I would highly recommend Sussex Exteriors”

“Jeremy and his team have been very professional. Although original timings did slip somewhat, this was to be expected with the outdoor building work when wet weather moves in. However, Jeremy kept us informed along the way. Once started, Sussex Exteriors team have been very diligent and have completed the work quickly and to high standard. I can highly recommend!”

“Absolutely superb company. Communication before, during and after the project was excellent. The team who worked on this dilapidated property did an amazing job and we are all thrilled and delighted with the result. Highly recommended.”

“Sussex Exteriors have done a first class job transforming the whole exterior of our home. The insulation will hopefully make a difference in the colder months but the finished render is already paying back in aesthetic beauty. The team working on our home were diligent and conscientious and we felt very reassured that they were taking pride in their work and wanted the finish to be the best achievable. The finished price came in as per quotation with one small addition that had been agreed in advance. With any job of this size there are inevitable snagging issues that need to be addressed. This was done without fuss and the company made it clear that they wanted us to have one hundred per cent satisfaction before they finished. I therefore, based on our experience, feel confident in recommending them wholeheartedly.”

“Sussex Exteriors has just completed a full renovation of the render on our house. The result is excellent! It was quite a large project and several tradesmen were not happy to take it on, or were happy but clearly did not have the experience. We obtained a number of quotes, but Jeremy's stood out by a mile as he is so personable to deal with. More importantly he showed real excitement about undertaking our project and was the only professional who gave me confidence in the choice I was making. The work itself proved quite technically challenging, and in fact took a while longer to complete than anticipated. This is simply because Jeremy and the team spent time ensuring that the result was as close to perfection as possible (not easy on a renovation) and so additional processes here and there were required, including additional materials. All the work was completed within the original quote. Overall this was a very positive experience. The team was a delight to have on site, and were friendly and professional without exception. The end result is everything we had hoped for and the house now has real kerb appeal. I would happily recommend Sussex Exteriors to anyone who might need their services without reservation.”

“Jeremy and his Team provided a first class service and we are over the moon with the quality of the silicon render finish. Our bungalow looked very tired and patched up beforehand. We toyed with a simple paint job until we heard about this company. So glad we made the extra investment and future proofed our property. Great professional team who worked so hard and low maintenance on the tea making front! Our dog will miss them Thoroughly recommend”

“We had Sussex Exteriors to render the bottom part of our house, having had the upper part cladded. Extremely pleased with the quality and speed of work and we’ve had many compliments on our new look house. The colour, Platinum, is perfect. Although not the lowest quote we had, it wasn’t the highest either. We were on a tight time frame and this was the only company that could offer to complete the work quickly, all of the others being one man bands who would taken at least double the time. We would recommend this company. Thank you Jeremy and Team!”

“From start to finish the job went very well and we are very pleased with the result. The team were extremely hard working and very helpful. At the end of the job they put all pipes, gates, lights etc back to how they were and left everything very tidy. Would definitely recommend”

“We recently had Sussex Exteriors apply external insulation on our house. We cannot praise this company and their work team enough. Throughout the process (which included planning approval) we felt totally assured by the regular contact we had with Jeremy. Once on site the Team led by Mateusz and Lucas were nothing less than amazing. Punctual, incredibly hard working, courteous and professional. They did a fabulous job - the house looks incredible and their work has been very much admired by our neighbours.”

“An excellent job! From the first meeting it was clear that this is a great team who are flexible, friendly and committed to doing a great job at a reasonable price. They communicated well about dates and were flexible around other work we needed to have done before they could start. The team who actually did the work were friendly, professional and clearly very good at what they do. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Our house needed re-rendering, and Sussex Exteriors have done a great job. Jeremy Taylor managed the whole thing, and he and his team have been delightful to deal with. Our house now looks wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“The initial visit I received from Jeremy Taylor was professional and very informative, the subsequent quote competitive. I did not feel pressured in anyway throughout the visit. Despite delays due to lockdown and declining weather, all outside of Sussex Exteriors control Mr Taylor kept me fully informed, discussed alternative timelines and even offered me the opportunity to cancel the contract with a full refund of my deposit. Fortunately I didn’t take up his generous offer and now my house exterior looks fantastic. His team were hard working, pleasant and informative on each stage of application. I highly recommend Sussex Exteriors, when you drive down my street it is obvious my house was painted by a professional company with a superb product.”

“Highly recommend Sussex Exteriors for their high class service including care of covering the windows and door prior to starting removal of old render. The high class quality of the work, finish, and clearing away their debris was excellent. The workmen were polite, worked efficiently and quietly, giving due regard to the area they were working in. Thank you.”

“Sussex Exteriors did a first rate job on our house. Reliable and helpful throughout the process, they made sure we were totally happy and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!”

“Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Informative & responsive. Our home now looks brand new & we look forward to having the team back later in the year for another project.”

“The Sussex Exteriors team did a first rate job on a challenging project. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Superb service and fantastic end product. Had exterior insulation with silicone render. Amazing transformation. Would highly recommend”

“Very happy with the service from start to finish. Excellent team carrying out the work. Professional, considerate, hardworking. Did a great job and we are very happy with the finished work. Could not ask for better.”

“5* from start to finish. Jeremy and his team are first rate and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Silicone render makes total sense. Look no further if you need your house rendered.”

“Excellent work installing EWI. Great guys and super efficient - whole house rendered in just two weeks from scaff up to scaff down.”

“Totally transformed the appearance of the property. Very pleased with the quality of work and time that Jeremy took to go through the options etc.”

“Team worked tirelessly to complete the job on time to perfection. Wonderful job”

“What can we say! Superb service from initial enquiry to end result. Our bungalow looks amazing we are so pleased. The Team worked so hard even in the heat, a very big thank you to all. ”

“I have waited to post this review in order to see after a month that the work was completed in order it may be more meaningful. From start to finish the whole project was excellent Jeremy did the survey and took time to explain the whole process in a very professional manner. The team that did the work were brilliant very friendly and professional the work is of an excellent standard and has transformed our home with many great comments from neighbours and passers by. We thoroughly recommend Sussex Exteriors”

“We've had a great experience with Sussex Exteriors. Jeremy was most accommodating when we had to alter dates and experienced delays with our other building work. The team that did the work were incredibly hard working and efficient and left us with a great result. ”

“We chose Sussex Exteriors from 3 other contenders and we are so very glad we did. Our house was built by a local builder about 8 years ago. Unfortunately, the render board used was incorrect and eventually failed. Sussex Exteriors have undertook a complete removal of all the faulty boards before refitting new ones & very carefully & beautifully re-rendered our entire house, it now looks stunning!! Well done Sussex Exteriors. The entire team have worked with great skill. Matt, as foreman, was absolutely spot on. A personal thanks to him & his team who, on occasions, when necessary, worked till 7.00pm!”

“With low expectations I looked for a builder, friends couldn't recommend anyone due to poor workmanship. The internet brought up this company, I took a chance, and was rewarded. I asked for a rough price on a bungalow, thermal render, this was just inside my budget so Jeremy came and measured up for a quote, this was done promptly, and professionally. He explained I would have to wait for 5 weeks, which was fine, I would have worried if they could have started right away. A deposit was paid and I was kept uptodate by email. A couple of communication issue were dealt with, problems happen, it's how they're resolved that matters. I can't fault the workmen, they were friendly, exceptionally hard working, and from what I can see of their work, I can't fault it. From my perspective, this was stress free, and they finished before time. They tidied the everything up, leaving me with a contented, smug expression, and a renewed pride in my home. I only wish I'd have found them sooner, it would have saved me a few grey hairs. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again. A big thank you to all the staff at Sussex Exteriors Ltd.”
